It's been 1 week since I placed an order and it has not yet been shipped. To me, this is excessive and the communication I receive from the support staff is sub-par with generic, seemingly automated responses.

Get the product description right!
I ordered some loungewear which was described as being “big and tall” but when it arrived whilst it was big it certainly was not a tall fit and the leg length was way too short! The items have been returned but the description on the website needs to make it clear that these are a standard leg length product.
